  • Participants are to submit 2 photographs relevant to each theme; size 8x12.
  • Participants can only take part on an individual basis.

  • Each photograph has to have a title and a caption.
  • Participants are to present their photos to the judges.

Short Film and Music Video Making

Rules and Regulations
  • 2 (minimum), 6 (maximum) members for each team.
  • Duration for the film is to be 3 minutes (minimum) 8 minutes (maximum).
  • Music video is to be 3 minutes long.
·         Preferred file format: WMV or AVI format. 640x480  sizes above 100 MB won’t be acceptable.
  • If film/ music video exceeds the limit, participants will be disqualified.

  • Poems must be the original work of the entrant.

  • 70% marks for submitted entry and 30% for the poem to be written on the day of the competition.
  • Poets will be given 2 days to come up with the poem for the competition, according to the given theme (which will be disclosed on 20th July).
  • Entries will not be returned.  
  • Under no circumstances can alterations be made to poems once entered.

Rules and Regulations
·         No game has an individual reward, every game has its own points.
·         FIFA being an individual game has 5 points.
·         Counter strike 1.6 being a team game has 10 points.
·         DotA Allstars carries 10 points.
·         At the end of the competition, the university having maximum points as a collective result of the three games wins.
·         In case of a tie, there will be a rematch of any of the games mentioned above.
·         Any kind of misbehavior will result in disqualification.
